Sjodalen Hyttetun og Camping

Absolutt perfekt sted. Det var flere små ting som var så mye gjennomtenkt. Veldig hundevennlig område. Frokostkurv var nydelig og også middag var helt topp. Mange stier rundt område og veldig stille og rolig.

An advices to make your stay better: Put some tap water in your car (5-10l) just in the case of problems with water Suggestion to the hosts: Please make a restaurant kitchen to work a little bit later. A couple of hours after the last Bessegen ferry would be great

I wanted the ‘Norwegian Experience’ and the super cozy hytte delivered. The restaurant is located in this Hobbit like grassed over dome with a central fireplace, creating a unique and intimate atmosphere. Smacked in the middle of nature, with the river Sjoa and the mountains all around you become part of the tranquil rhythm of the place. A fantastic experience with great, friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to support on your trip planning. The breakfast basket was too cute and delicious. I found the place as I wanted to climb Besseggen and stayed a day longer just to take it all in.

Die Lage oberhalb des Sjoa-Flusses nahe am Jotunheimen hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Dort wollten wir Wandern und hatten dieses Quartier für mehrere Tage ausgesucht. Der Platz war nicht wie viele andere von Wohnmobilen überlaufen. Der Camp-eigene Pub als Rundbau in Blockbauweise mit einer kleinen, aber tollen Speisekarte und guten lokalen Bieren war top !!!

Leider hatten wir eine "Zwergenhütte" erwischt. Zumindest die Türhöhe und die Bewegungsräume in unserer Hütte bargen für zwei relativ große Menschen ständiges Konfliktpotential. Das Fenster klemmte und konnte nicht mehr richtig bewegt werden.
