We consciously searched for a silent place and we found it. :) It has a great location, our kids really loved it, and the room is very comfortable, while the kitchen is indeed well-equiped.

The only thing we missed is a proper table to eat. Well, our studio is basically for two persons, and there is a bar-table for two, but the room is large enough to be there with kids and we could not sit down together. And it was too hot inside (for us).
