very clean and homely, it was more than we expected , easy access to Royal Welsh Showground and other local restaurants ,not ever used a self catering lodge before it was an experience we enjoyed and will use again

while we stayed 5 nights and only used Televisión , it say in the information pack the there was a DVD control we were unable find it ( if we needed to use it )

lodge was clean and tidy. Beautiful place peaceful and quiet, grounds were very clean love the nature around the lodge

No Internet

Excellent stay again in Builth Wells. Shame we couldn't boat in the river this year due to the string currents. But the little ones learnt how to skip stones across the river!

Location was spot on. Very quiet and loved the wild life bunnies running around. Very relaxing place. The town was very close and had some good cafes.

The lodge was presented in a nice manner but was disappointed to find lots of cobwebs around the lodge even in the bedrooms. My husband removed lots but still found quite a few even above our beds. This didn't look nice and was off putting especially as there is a £30 charge for cleaning. This obviously hadn't been done. Had a lovely time and would go again but this needs be looked at as this is advertised as a luxury lodge and you certainly would not expect to find that.
