"Could have been better"

I liked the cutlery and all the kitchen stuff.

The sheets and bed sets on the double bed were old and looked dull and dirty. There electricity was a problem because they didnt buy enough, on Saturday it started beeping from 06:45 am in the morning, I had to complain several times and it was only sorted at 15:50pm after I spoke to some rude lady on the phone.

"Horrible place to stay , the chalet is very close to other chalet, no freedom at all"

The location

The place is very close to other rooms but on the app that’s not shown. Black people are harassed .the place does not follow the rules they provide, no noise after 10 but white people and security started harassing us at 5. Poor management ! Horrible treatment

Very central. You could park and walk around in town. Had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend Beach House

They say free toiletries but we didn't get any.

The pool and the yard was beautiful its a peaceful place

Room service was not provided and we only had i think it was 5ml of sunlight liquid on a 500ml container and other detergent were not provided we checked in Friday and checked out on Sunday

No airconditioning in front bedroom, it did have a ceiling fan butthat just moved the hot air around. Out side path way lights shine through the window blind.
