The water pump under the house came on very frequently. One of our group said it seems the float is probably faulty as it shouldn't turn on and off that frequently.

Excellent accommodation with big open spaces and everything you need and more. Would have liked to stay a few nights.

Coffee/tea / sugar / milk, soap / bath gel / shampoo. Its more self catering than guesthouse for one night's stay but still excellent.

The houses at Sodwana Bay Lodge are a great option for self catering larger groups. Lovely houses in a very safe, peaceful setting. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. Bonus points for the nespresso machine.

Some updating of kitchen utensils (knives were quiteblunt) would be nice. But in general nothing to complain about.

The house is spacious and has all the comforts from home. Fully equipped kitchen with decent knives, I have a thing about decent sharp knives for chopping food! Lots of living space so with family you don't feel as if you are on top of each other. The lodge itself is well positioned and neat and well maintained . Definitely worth staying again.

Nothing not to like about the house or location however on weekends the locals nearby love to party till after 4am and unfortunately the music does carry. That was the only annoying part but fortunately it stopped after the weekend
