Location was the best

Was dirty, disnt have everything we were supposed to, amenities not up to par with price. Towels.are super old and no warm bedding

Hot tub was nice. Huge deck out front overlooking trees, other homes, and the mountains in the distance. Big kitchen; open layout into living room made for a great entertaining space. Maintenance staff arrived quickly. Heated beds and TV’s in the bedrooms made it cozier. Close to the Gatlinburg Welcome Center (trolley stop).

Several things were not working properly upon arrival, such as the table top arcade game, gas fireplace, television in one of the bedrooms, and exterior motion light. There was not way to turn off the spotlights, and one of them was strobing and the other faced the hot tub. Gas grill out front barely had enough propane for one cookout.
