Caithness View Luxury Farm Lodges and BBQ Huts

Loved the really well equipped pods, cleanliness and distant views and sheep.

The lodge itself was gorgeous. Furnishings were well chosen. The BBQ hut was fantastic! We planned food in advance and found the hut was extremely well thought out in terms of utensils etc with BBQ coals provided.

There were some issues in terms of the readiness of the lodge. However, the response from the owner was excellent and everything was resolved very quickly.

I liked the remoteness with all the sheep in the fields , the owner was fabulous fun, we took our own food it was perfect . I would ho back again. We had the best weather to.

The thoughtfully designed cabin had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and seamless short break. We were particularly impressed by the owner's meticulous attention to detail, anticipating every guest's desire. The high quality of the accommodation ensured a restful night's sleep in an incredibly comfortable bed. While we didn't have the chance to use the unique and inviting barbecue hut – complete with its own seating area – it's undoubtedly a standout feature perfect for memorable evenings. The true magic of this lodge lies in its tranquil location. Waking to stunning views and savouring the peaceful stillness of the landscape with a morning coffee on the terrace created a cherished memory of our trip. If you're seeking a serene escape with exceptional comfort and thoughtful touches, look no further. We wholeheartedly recommend this gem.

Lovely Glamping pod. Had a barbecue though we didn’t use it.

Only one thing wrong was there isn’t a slip mat in the shower my husband slipped in it so think there should be one. Other than that it was great.

We had an amazing long weekend at Caithness View in the Pelican Lodge . The lodge was beautiful and spotless with everything you need. BBQ was our favourite part . Great views over the farm with loads of friendly little lambs and sunset every night . Sharon was a brilliant host and would 100% recommend . Hoping to come back sometime x
