Parcheggio scomodo, struttura adiacente alla strada molto trafficata, senza alcun cortile o area esterna, nessuna privacy nell'appartamento a piano terra.

Ottima comunicazione, cortesia, educazione e disponibilità dello staff, pulizia ineccepibile.

Un minifrigo sarebbe molto gradito e segnalare che è senza ascensore farebbe comodo a pesone con capacità motorie ridotte.
