Good location, restaurants and grocery store within walking distance. Staffs are super nice and made our stay comfortable. The indoor swimming pool is amazing for kids.

Theres little to no hot water in bathroom in shower and they need to provide bathroom mat.

Location near airport and the pool in every chalet was a nice addon. Kids play area. Personal garage. Stove, fridge, microwave, washing machine available. Good staff.

Property needs heavy upgrades. Dated and broken furniture, broken and haphazard lights, broken shower door. Not enough electrical sockets. Table lamp not working. Side desk broken. No remote for tv in fact the power cable for tv was missing. Got cable and remote on request but batteries not working. Except one glass, no other utensils. Had to ask for the very basic things like towels and tissues, got lose tissues when did. Supposedly a serviced apartment minus services.

Chelate design was very good. Privacy is perfect. The location is good if you want a quiet place and away from city noise.

The swimming pool not clean at all and after speaking with the supervisor 3 times the clean it bad. The furniture need to be clean and the floors dusty when arrive.

Only thing good is Indoor private pool (it was heated also). But it is very small and adults cannot swim but kids enjoy it very much

Location - very bad its around 30km away from the nearest attraction. Normally 30km is not a problem but this is hilly terrain and 1.5 hour just to get to the nearest attraction and back is a tiring thing. Bathroom - very basic and pathetic. I have attached the picture see that. Very small and no soap or any other things provided. For 500 riyals a night you would expect better. Shower was also very bad. All the furniture was old dirty and smelly and there is no such thing as room cleaning. Sofas are so bad that you dont even want to sit on them. There was a noise in the room (i think it was the pool heating system or something). It was so annoying and bad that you cannot sleep. Specially if you notice the sound then its impossible to sleep and the noise just keeps on going day and night. If you can ignore all negatives for the pool then you should try but the price is still not worth it. But if the negatives i shared are too much then dont waste your money and choose a better place.

Everything especially the kids pool and the garden.

there were no towels in the bath no slippers no equipements in the kitchen I did not like the services provided were very poor
