Proximity, perfect set up for family

Master tub was gross, moldy grout, moldy jets and grill rusted out/unusable after we had bought items to grill. Very frustrating. Don’t show/advertise grill if it doesn’t work. Arcade game not working. Couldn’t get hot tub below 105 to use.

We liked: the large, open areas of the home which allowed everyone to be together. We also enjoyed the multiple full bath rooms & complete laundry room. The proximity to store was also great.

We expected the house to be cleaner than we found it. Upon arriving at the property, I had to remove multiple vines of poison ivy which covered the sidewalk and porch, before the family could enter the house. The breakfast counter was sticky & food crumbs were on the counter. I also found food crumbs down inside the utensil caddy. I cleaned all countertops before we brought our groceries in. The sinks in all the bathrooms were dirty (we wondered if there had a water back-up” problem had occurred?) A creature had gotten inside the heat ducts & tried to climb/scratch its way out. We could hear it in different areas as it moved around. (We suspected that it was a squirrel ) Overall - we liked the house

The location is close enough that anything you need is a short drive away, but far enough out to be peaceful and quiet. Very spacious, and the game room kept the kids occupied while the adults got R&R!

The grill is old and worn out, needs to be replaced.
