That I couldn’t stay longer

Everything, the fireplace, the hot tub, the EV charging. Amazing location, really cozy and comfortable cabin! We liked that it felt like we moved into a home rather than just a temporary accommodation. Loved the how easy the heating system was and it was so easy with Alexa. The contact person was very helpful when there was some issue with the lock and kept checking up on us! It was very comforting. We liked our neighbours too.

The online check-in process was a little confusing and a glitch wouldn't finish the online verification. This led to us not receiving the welcome instructions. We didn't get the entrance passcode because of this and had to wait out in the cold as we called the contact person. Eventhough Taylor (iirc) helped us through and gave us the pass code, the lock was a little stuck so it delayed our check-in even more. Without the instructions we weren't clear on how to check out either or about the many rules that cabins such as these have. With the many penalty charges, it is important we are made aware of the rules. I would suggest making online check-in easier eventhough I liked that it was self check-in and self checkout. However, despite the initial hiccup, I would recommend this cabin to everyone!

Cabin was mostly clean. Hot tub was nice. Towels and bathroom were clean

The owner was completely unresponsive to all attempts to reach them. Knives in the kitchen were dull. We had to wash our bedding because they had nasty stains.

The cabin was really comfortable and spacious. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the hot tub in the backyard.

Good location with easy access to walks. The hot tub is very good. The accommodation is very rustic but comfortable.

Obtaining the key code is not easy if you are travelling and don’t have internet access. There were no proper glasses only plastic beakers. Only a limited amount of crockery e.g. no bowls Overall the kitchen is not well equipped.

Very comfortable everything is accessible and jacuzzi very private area is very calm no sounds other than birds and animals.

Everything was perfect nothing I didn’t like

The house is cozy and warm. The facilities are good and new (not for some kitchen tools). We enjoy it and feel satisfied for what we pay. The hot tub is nice too; we were so relaxed.

There were some flies when we come. I would recommend the owner check the quality of their dryer and washer. If the owner can, I would recommend having a humidify on each bedroom so that it not hurt custom’s nose for some low humility days. I would recommend the owner should check the all house for insect issues because we found a baby cockroach in our bedroom (the last night).
