Summit Happy Cabin with HOT TUB! HIGH SPEED EV HOOKUP, CLOSE TO SLOPES

I loved this cute, clean spacious Chalet in Big Bear, with a great location close to stores, close to the zoo and restaurants. the backyard was so private and equipped with an amazing jacuzzi that had LED lights and a grill. this was the perfect summer vacation home, I can’t wait to see it in the winter!

Good location not far from the stores, easy to find. Home away from home. Board games available and fire place , jacuzzi was nice with the lights outside.

I like the extra pillows, and that the jacuzzi was already hot when we arrived. they also already had board games so you don’t have to pack any with you

the curfew is strict, you can’t be outdoors after 10 based off of the sign they have outside, so you have to use the jacuzzi early, and if you’re staying just one night it’s hectic to fit it all during the day. it was my boyfriends birthday so we stood up till midnight to celebrate inside with games and gifts nothing crazy, I asked the booking agency what their late check out policy was that evening but no response. I asked the owner of the property and no response , neither responded until hours after 10am when we had to check out. I’ve never had such an issue anywhere i have stayed, and I messaged both well in advance. this caused a stressful morning , as we were rushing to clean up, follow all the rules, and be out on time. I didn’t really see the point in finally responding by 1 pm that day.

Had to drive to office location to pick up a door code, code could be delivered by email. Office is not far, just 5 mins driving.

Trash dumpster is in different location. Map couldn’t pick up the right location.
