Long Beach Cabanas

The cabana is big and conveniently laid out with a nice braai on the stoep. The cabana, furniture and especially beds were very clean and neat.

1) Getting check-in instructions a day before the time; even though it was promised, it was not provided. It was only provided the morning of the day of check in when I was already on the road and then I was told to complete, sign and return a form prior to arrival, which is difficult if you are not with a computer, forcing me to get off the road in order to complete a form; something that could have been prevented if the check-in instructions were provided the day before as was requested and promised. 2) People staying in the cabana behind us were constantly at our place making a noise and looking through our windows as they used the dust bin situated next to our cabana and they literally put things in there every 5 minutes throughout the days we were there. Maybe get each cabana their own dustbin to prevent this breach in privacy. 3) Cutlery and crockery were dirty and still had food on from previous visitors.

Our chalet neighbours were a bit noisy with their loud music very late at night but it didn’t ruin our stay,

The location. Walking distance to the beach and good restaurants. Was also one of few places that are pet friendly. Enought space to clean kite equipement

Area is a bit noisy at night, and a beggar asked for food at the gate while we were eating on the patio.

The place had everything that we needed. Comfortable, safe, spacious, private and very cool inside. The turquoise waters within walking distance of 2 mins was the most convenient. The restaurant on the. Beach sand was so amazing, and right opposite us. Beautiful location. Can't wait to book again XXXX Surinee Lutchman
