It was a nice villa with nice location near the center.

No cleaning services or items. You have to buy your own and do your own cleaning and make your beds.

We have been for 5 nights at the house and I can say it was excellent. Since we were with small child we feared that it would be cold, but on the other hand, heating was excellent, really hot. Also I can underline the house is much better than on the pictures, 4 floors, moder equipement, and also filled coffe machines was a nice suprise. The beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well equiped. I can just recommend, the host was also very kind and helpfull. Thumps up!

The house is near the center but you need to walk a bit to reach the centrum and many cars pass the lower roads (since it is of course near Gubalowka (which is excellent to reach by foot ) On the other hand, it is really quiet and you can rest and sleep really good. Up to the choice.
