When we aventully found the correct property! The details of the location of the property - on booking.com was incorrect, taking us 1 hour further than we should have gone, then a further hour to go to the actual location!

Actual location details on booking.com would be more helpful!

"great value for money a bit awkward to get to, but overall a good property that we would stay again"

the open fireplace, great decor, very quirky, clean and tidy, and hosts were very willing to help and accommodating, theres a great outside area at the back with a barbecue which we unfortunately didn’t get to use.

location was very remote and the roads there were not very good for people who get travel sick (very winding roads’ we went in the winter and the house didn’t have any heating, or heater so was quite cold, there was a fireplace which we had to source wood for (not supplied by the house). although we didn’t get to use it as it was winter the swimming pool is very small and shouldn’t be called a swimming pool more like a hot tub

Beautiful surroundings in a tranquil village. The multiple bedrooms, dishwasher and bright kitchen. The wood burning stove in a beautiful stone room was an added bonus. We enjoyed our long drives discovering this beautiful region of Portugal.

The swimming pool was said to be operational but it was not. We traveled to the property during the rainy season but there was not a means to sufficiently heat the property. We had to purchase wood for the woodstove but the house felt damp throughout our stay. The information booklet for the property was in Portuguese which did not help our English speaking family.
