River Edge Lodges

Wonderful beamed house within nature - with backyard view of the river, bridge and 2 cute goats eating grass in the morning. Kitchen was well equipped. Efficient washing machine and dryer with an area to fold clothes.

Got in late and realised there was no soap and shampoo - would have been nice if provided. Bathroom was downstairs - can be tricky at night.

Mary was very helpful and friendly. We had a special request which she acknowledged and accommodated immediately. She sent information regarding our stay well ahead of time so we could plan accordingly. There was a binder in the chalet that had instructions for everything in the rental as well as plenty of local and regional information for visitors. The grounds were lovely, the chalet was beautiful, very clean, and comfortable.

We didn't know we'd have to bring our own loo roll (one provided) but we just nipped along to pick some up. :)

The property was very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Beds were very comfortable and we both slept very well.it was very peaceful

There was nothing that we could have complained about.

The cabin was spacious and well equipped. The location is handy to the pubs and co-op. The cabin's deck is a pleasant spot on a sunny day, overlooking the park.

Great time and am missing our getaway. Fantastic time and very accommodating hosts x

The sofa bed was too soft...but most sofa beds are.

Great location and well equipped lodges. They had everything we needed.
