The view is fantastic and the apartment was clean and tidy. We had a wonderful stay overall – the accommodation itself and the location were truly fantastic. Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected, and we really enjoyed our time there.

However, we were very disappointed with how the pet policy was handled. On the main Booking.com listing, it clearly states that pets are allowed. Only in the detailed description does it mention that an additional fee may be charged. We always book through Booking and have never been charged extra for our cat when pets are allowed, even if a fee is mentioned (as this usually applies to dogs). In this case, we were unexpectedly charged €90 for three nights for our cat. What made the situation more frustrating is that upon arrival, the host told us that pets are only allowed in cabins, not in the apartment – something that was not stated in the listing. He still allowed our cat to stay, but only under the condition that it remained in the bathroom for the entire stay, which we respected. We left the apartment in perfect condition, and our cat caused no issues. Because of this, the additional charge felt unfair and poorly communicated. The way this was handled left us feeling disappointed and misled.

Everything was excellent. The location, the new apartment, the cleanliness, and the kindness of the owner were all outstanding. In the apartment, you also have the option to purchase some food and drinks for an additional fee. There is a shared sauna for the three apartments, located just a step away from each unit. The owner is very friendly and always available if you need anything. Overall, a great experience, we hope to come back again.

Fantastyczne miejsce i lokalizacja . Jesteśmy zachwyceni pobytem w Rotwandwiesen Chalets .Wszystko było naprawdę w jak najlepszym porządku . Czysto , kuchnia wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy. Właściciele bardzo mili i zawsze dostępni i pomocni. Pozdrawiamy Robert i Anna
