076 Tiny Home nr Grand Canyon South Rim Sleeps 8

Convenient location for Grand Canyon visit. Enough room.for family. Friendly and helpful staff and always contactable. Minor issue with hot water but was sorted very quickly.

Great communication and access to the location. Cleanliness was exceptional.

The water system in the house can improve.

The tiny house is well equipped with everything you need to have a perfect stay. It is located outside of everything which offers an unforgettable view on the stars during clear nights. Our group loved to stay there, eventhough it was just a short stay for us!

The tiny home is exactly as shown in the pictures. It is absolutely adorable and easily accommodated all 8 of us.

There is no water pressure or hot water in the kitchen sink. There aren't enough things to cook with. If you plan on cooking there, bring your own, especially if you need to use the oven. There wasn't anything to use for the oven, no dishes, no pot holders either. There is only a tiny frying pan and 2 little pots nothing else for cooking.

House met our basic needs as we really only wanted a place to sleep and shower.

We had a disbled person, so putting sturdy bars in the bathroom at a minimum would have been fantastic. We were able to maneuver up the few steps and throughout the house with her walker.

This tiny home was awesome!!! It was comfortable, clean, and relaxing. The location felt serene in what appears to be a newer area of tiny homes being built. There were three tvs (one in each bedroom and one in the living room/kitchen. We didn't use the kitchen, but it appeared to be ready and stocked for utilizing if we needed it. After staying here, I honestly have started to think I could live full time in a tiny house like this.

The shower pressure was not good and after I took a short shower, the hot water ran out for the next person who showered after me. My 21 year old son slept on one of the floor mattresses in the loft and said it was not comfortable. I think that the loft would have been better for a small child who won't mind sleeping on a mattress on the floor.

cold water, air conditioner don't work, call for assistance and no solutions beside a young lady (Amanda) who helped a lot and the last night we was moved to another unit, but the 2 night out of 4 we couldn't sleep because was to hot and the air conditioner didn't work

Amy was so accommodating to us! So kind, so helpful ! We ran into some issues with no air conditioning and she made arrangements immediately for another tiny home which was beautiful !
