So qauint and tranquil the bothy was spotless and was equipped with everything

There wasn't anything not to like everything perfect

Per avere acqua calda o per cucinare bisogna usare la stufa, bruciare la legna.

Manignifiques cabanons dans les bois! On a adoré être en pleine nature, les cabanons sont très bien pensés, le lit dans la chambre est confortable, la douche bien chaude avec un bon débit

Le bois du pin brûle très vite, il faut souvent en remettre et en été, en étant obligé d'allumer le poêle, il fait vite trop chaud en intérieur. La literie canapé dans le salon est composé de ressorts que l'on sens beaucoup, ça va bien aux enfants qui ne se rendent pas bien compte.

We had said in a message that it was part of our honeymoon from our wedding the weekend before, and the staff had gone out their way to put up some beautiful decorations for us... the bothie was beautiful and so cosy, we also loved the experience of cooking on the wood fire stove... 10/10 for the shower and water pressure that was amazing. Also, the games left were a very nice touch. We also had a good few walks and went to see all there was to offer, the little town of Ballater was very holsome and would recommended stopping for a meal in the local indian restaurant, all in all we would recommend the bothies any day and will definitely book again in the future.

Absolutely loved the peace and quiet of the place.

An electric shower as a pose to the mixer, the one time in Scotland we actually reached 30 degrees and the last thing we wanted to do was light the fire for the hot water, but for the one off occasion it was fine, will be fantastic when the snow comes and the fire is roaring anyway.

We loved the layout of the bothy and exploring the woods. We done plenty of lovely walks and would come back in near night to watch the rain with a hot drink by the door. My 6 year old absolutely loved his time there and we will 100% be back some time.

Perfect for a cosy, quiet, secluded area, very clean and cosy, comfortable bed. lots of firestarts and logs, everything you need for a relaxing nature getaway

if anything… there was a small leak, that wasn’t an issue really, I left my bag there so some stuff got a little wet but really no biggie

Fantastic place, pure detox from society, being at one with nature even the dog loved it, recommend.
