Everything exceeded 0ur ex.pectations

Everything. was fabulous.We often have to come to Albany for Hospital visits > we live in Walpole and my husband is.First tiWeme for us.We usually stay elderly and he can only drive one way.Hence our staying with you-Your accom was just the best..We were so impressed ,that we are booking next week as well.for yet another Hospital appt.!!! Never got to use the spa and I am not sure if our room this time has a spa.If not ,never mind.Thanks again for Top Accom.Will recommend your +Accom.to everyone we know,so hopefully to drum up a few more people from our neck of the woods.Kind regards. "First time in Albany, loved the place and especially the chalet that we chose. Was super nice to get away"

Was very cozy and welcoming.

Beds were a bit hard but quickly adjusted to them. Heater in the master bedroom was flickering a bit and making strange noises. Not sure if it’s normal since I’ve never had one of those before.
