Host is very polite and client oriented. He met us in Kutaisi airport, and returned back. A-frame very clean, wonderful view on city from all locations in house (terrace, bed, kitchen). He offered delicious wine (red and white). Advised restaurants and helped with all our questions. Very comfortable bed. It was very difficult to get up in time in such circumstances. (Fresh air, comfortable bed..). It was the second vacation in Georgia I visited many hotels in different locations - great pleasure to be here. Thank you

Mamuka the manager of the property is excellent and very kind, he helped us with everything we needed and was amazing overall! The location is very close to the city center (a few minutes by Bolt - a very cheap drive), amazing view to the mountains and the city, looks very much like the pictures in Bookings! I highly recommend this place!!!

The view on the city was amazing! Extremely comfortable and very carefull host, thank you!

At some point it became cold (I was there in January). Dont lean on the brick wall - it left marks.

No words can explain the beauty of this place, perfect place for couples and small families,Big space with unique picked furniture,comfortable bed, super clean and tidy bathroom , heating system and AC are available,big TV with lots of apps such as YouTube, Netflix, Starzplay…etc.There this kitchen kit and microwave available with plates, cups, tasty coffee and tea.spacious and nice balcony with a beautiful view of Batumi city. The outside area is filled with mandarins trees and flowers.The owners allowed us to pick as much mandarines as we wish and we picked some for our family.The place owned by a Lovely couple , Nino contacted me on whats up and confirmed my reservation couple days before my arrival and she welcomed me and my husband as we reached. They are super welcoming and were nice to talk to them and meet their lovely well behaved dogs.Thank you for the great hospitality and wish you more success in your business, God bless your beautiful family 🌷
