Check in process very easy and straightforward. Host was very responsive and she made us feel welcomed.

The pots left were old and scratched to cook into. I believe one of the previous guests had dogs or cats, and there were plenty of fur in the towels and in the pillows. The resort felt not well managed and maintained for the shared attractions - nothing to do with the property itself!

Beautiful place to stay. Clean and has all the amenities. The host kindly left some items in the fridge for us as well as some snacks. We had a lovely hot shower at night after the activities and it was perfect. My friends who stayed nearby had a nightmare with their shower as the water was cold. So I'm grateful we had a great experience

It's not a criticism, just an observation : the toaster handle flies off when the toast pops. There is a chipped glass in the cupboard. This may have more to do with the cleaner perhaps

First class, new, expensive furnishings, fittings and spotlessly clean.

Nothing - some of the gadgets quite modern so required a bit of thought to get working but all explained in the notes.

The property was incredibly clean had everything we needed and we had a nice food parcel when we arrived eggs milk bread ect parking was again great the facilities for children are outstanding and the chalet was wonderful.

Everything was great you can’t not like it.

Only one thing - couldn’t get to door without walking across muddy grass. Should be a path from car to door

Very clean with all you would need for self catering. Comfortable and warm as it was very cold outside. Very up to date.
