"Disappointing and poor value for money."

Problems with hot water and WiFi were quickly solved

Property is hard to find. Name/street number is not on street door. Nobody was there to greet us, despite promising to be. The 3rd bedroom is part of the living room, so there is no privacy. Basic kitchen equipment was missing. eg there was only one knife, no toaster, no electric kettle. General poor state of repair. Garden not well cared for. I could go on!
