Hygge Chalet Hakuba

Suguru met us on arrival and showed us through the property, also explained how everything worked! What's app was used which helped a lot with translation - this made it a lot easier.

We didn't realise there was a Music Festival on during our stay and didn't realise how far in advance you needed to book into restaurants. However, when we headed directly to the restaurants we were catered for as a walk in.

Hygge Chalet is a magnificent wooden chalet set in beautiful, snowy surroundings — the perfect place for a relaxing mountain escape. The chalet is exceptionally well equipped and thoughtfully laid out, making for a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. They go above and beyond to ensure guests have a smooth, enjoyable, and truly relaxing holiday. The sauna was a real highlight — wonderful after a day out in the snow — and added to the sense of comfort and indulgence. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and very much look forward to visiting again.

清潔感があって、素晴らしいかったです。 家具や家電がオシャレで質の良いものでしたので、リッチな気分を味わえました。 ラップや、ジップロック、除菌シートなど小物にも痒いところに手が行き届いているのが良かったです。

サブのバスルームは水が飛び散りやすく、床が水浸しになってしまった点です。
