The facility is the best

The vacuum cleaner is not suitable fir thus kind if floor. The stair making noise when using. When going near the fridge, I smell a gas.

The Ren Chalet was exceptional and matched only by the wonderful service provided by Taka. The beautiful chalet made our time in Hakuba a awesome family experience and something we will remember forever. The 3m of snow and bluebird skiing days may have helped as well :)

Very comfortable well equipped home. Warm. Close to restaurants ski hire shops, convenience store and shuttle bus stop to the slopes. Great place for a family or group of friends to stay for a ski holiday. Friendly helpful host.

The place is amazing - it's basically brand new. There is heaps of space, things are well thought out. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious. Showers are amazing! The place is a short walk to all the amenities in Echoland, as well as the shuttle buses to Hakuba ski resorts. Taki as a host was incredible - he made sure he looked after us from day 1 to the end. Super friendly and helpful. He even sent our skis to the airport a few after we left so we could collect them when departing Tokyo.

Small thing but I think the contact number for Ren Chalet on booking.com was wrong - I didn't receive any response when messaging prior to arriving. I'm sure this is a slight mistake and can be fixed as our host, Taki, was amazingly friendly, helpful and welcoming. He also gave me the correct contact details when we arrived. Also - when checking in make sure you go across the road to find Taki in the Pension. Those instructions were written down but I missed them.

Great Tv setup with a projector system. Lovely helpful owner and great location close to restaurants. Easy parking for two cars. Excellent coffee machine and great heating system.

It advertised a hot tub, which it doesn’t have (it has a normal bath in one of the bathrooms). Hopefully advert changed now.

Very clean and cosy. Shuttle bus stop is just right around the corner. The best Hakuba accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, Takasan (host) is very friendly and helpful on giving us some good food recommendations. Definitely will come back again 👍
