Four Huia

It is an elevated, self contained little house with a view & verandah. The owner Astrid went beyond expectations with the thoughtful extras that were provided. We arrived late without provisions, but were able to have breakfast options, which were appreciated. And we woke to the sound of a tui’s melodic tones. Fabulous.

It was cosy, but had everything you need.

The unexpected touches like fruit from the garden, freshly queezed OJ, the welcome note and gift, our name in scrabble letters on the veranda ..... and of course the private location but still so close to everything. Really nice hearing and seeing the tui

The location was excellent, close to cafes and other amenities, yet far enough away to feel quiet and relaxing. The gardens surrounding the unit were lovely.

The property became quite hot; airconditioning in the living area was excellent, but did not seem to cool the bedroom. We’re used to a king sized bed; the property had a queen sized bed.

Absolutely nothing !!! Everything was perfect !!!

Great location . Close to little onerua beach . Short 10-15 min walk from shops. Charming little house , decorated so nicely . It was nice to feel safe and secure as it’s at the back of the owners property also very private . The owners were very lovely and helpful and provided a few items of food and drink in the fridge as a very much appreciated hospitable gesture .

Nothing . It was all great apart from the occasional mosquito but there were bug sprays and anti mosquito plug ins left to use.

The attention, the jewelry, the confort, it,s was really close to a really nice beach, and all the furniture are unbelievable...

Wir hatten einen ganz entspannten Aufenthalt mit viel Privatsphäre. Astrid alles eine sehr nette, zuvorkommende Gastgeberin.😊 die Unterkunft ist mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Astrid our host was extremely helpful and has set up the house with everything you’ll need, even her own hand made gifts which are lovely. The kitchen is well equipped, great bathroom and comfortable bedroom. Great deck and outdoor area. Short walk to Oneroa village and the beach. Tui singing in the trees!
