Katarino Mountain House

It was very clean. It was possible to get our dog with us. It was wire and calm atmosphere.

Everything was perfect

The house is located close to Bansko and Razlog, upon a hill, facing the mountain directly. The house is also the last in a line of houses, meaning there is little possibility that you will be woken up by noisy neighbours. Appliances are available to suit all your needs. The bed was clean and the sheets smelled very good.

The floor did not seem to have been cleaned thoroughly. (see pictures). The window blinds were very dusty (see picture). There were also some serious cobwebs on the ceiling (see picture). It turned out that firewood for the fireplace is not free and thankfully we found a place near Billa in Bansko where they sell them for 12BGN per bag. If we are expected to pay to use some amenities, the least we can expect is for the house to be cleaned somewhat often.

Warm, clean, and cozy cottage. Pet friendly. Beautiful mountain view from the windows and the porch. Fresh air. I can just sit and chill there. All the amenities needed for vacation. Nice big fireplace, barbecue, and a private lawn. Free parking in front of the house. We ate at the hotel restaurant as external visitors. It was excellent, the food there was great, the staff was nice, helpful and always smiling. They have a great beer there, must try. We used the hotel spa, again as external visitors. Spa was also very good. Nice staff. Warm water pools, saunas, etc. Everything and everywhere was clean. We got towels, robes, and slippers at the spa center.

Nothing worth mentioning.

there was everything you might need- appliances, towels,coffee, wood for the fireplace. The property was clean, cozy and warm.
