Bloom Cottage II

Great location for exploring Sintra, also lovely restaurants and cafes within walking distance of the property…. Clean, modern and functional place. Lovely comfy big bed and sweet terrace area.

The key was a bit tricky to work out as it only works when it is used a certain way. Some guidance on this before would have been a help. But otherwise all was great. Highly recommend.

It was clean and bed was comfortable

Pull out sofa is broken, table and chairs on patio are unusable, to old and would break if sat on, no amenities like paper towels, laundry soap, no instructions on how to navigate wifi or find drying rack

The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. A bit cold and damp, but we were able to heat it up with a radiator. The owners are friendly and flexible with our arrival time.

House is even bigger and better than in photo's. We liked location and small terace. Walkable distance to/ from train station and also to all palaces. We didnt felt any smell as it was mentioned in other comments.

Oil in kitchen and laundry detergent for washing machine woud be very handy.

+ Location was excellent to visit Sintra, Cascais and Lisbon + Quiet surroundings + close to restaurants in the area

Could have been a bit cleaner. Also the word 'chalet' that is used in the description, I feel is not correct. Chalet is something luxurious, spacious etc. This was not the case here. A small place that was just enough for us.

It was clean, the host was nice and we found parking places near the house.

It was a bit to much humidity and a bit too small for 4 people.

It was very modern. also very well connected to transports. good solution if you don’t want to pay a lot and be close to beaches

the worst thing is the sofa bed in the living room, very uncomfortable. the mould smeel is toi much and the noises in the living room (boiler, humidifier, fridge) does not make the living room too much of a sleeping place. also, locks are very old and hard to open doors.
