No air conditioning, very hot in June, no screens in the windows, too many bugs to keep them open for fresh air Towels are old and very rough

The location was perfect. Just a few minutes walk from the ice rink. Lovely surroundings with a great view of the mountains. The hotel is just up the road so great if you need to use their facilities.

The mattress in the main bedroom wasn’t great but that could just be me. Easily solved as I slept upstairs the rest of the nights and it was fine.

The location was nice and the space was clean. The host was very helpful when we were trying to set up the fire. It was cozy and perfect for a family stay!

- no instruction for fireplace, the usage is not obvious - no hangers, nowhere to put winter coats or ski wear, no space to dry stuff - no dishwasher - some plates, forks, glasses etc.. were dirty - door handles were broken in both bathrooms - totally no space for ski equipment - this house is only suitable for 4 people and no more, the house is tiny - no essentials such as garbage bags, dish sponge and other small necessary things - only wood stumps instead of normal bedside tables - totally not enough sockets - really small fridge, hotel size. How could it contain food for 6 people? It’s tiny even for 4
