Peace and Tranquility - we were also very comfortable; the place was very neat and tidy. The nature surrounding the property is a paradise, a little piece of heaven.

It's not the owner's fault but the dirt roads in Hogsback need to be graded as there were many potholes - glad we used my 4x4 bakkie which really helped after the rainfall - some of our competitor families did indeed get stuck. The road branching off the main road and leading to the venue was in a good condition.

Thoughtful and engaging host, homely touches like fresh rusks and milk, very comfy and warm beds, lovely fireplace.

Fantastic Accomodation in Hogsback

Location was okay. Breakfast was nice.

Athanor is a little piece of Heaven, with exquisite gardens, a secluded tranquil spot with abundant bird life. Beautiful, clean, well equipped cottages with breathtaking views. Our host, Naomi was so accommodating and friendly. We had a wonderful, relaxed stay. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved the location and the garden was beautiful we were really pleasantly surprised how lovely everything was.
