Island Bungalow

Dobra lokalizacja, piękny ogród, pyszne śniadania, bardzo fajny personel :)

Att sängen rörde sig så fort den andra personen rörde sig. Då sängen var obekväm fick man vända sig om hela tiden. Från grynig tävlade tupparna om vem som kunde gala högst. Dvs mycket dålig sömn.

Breakfast was excellent: tasty and versatile (each day there were toasts, pancakes, strawberry jam, an assortment of fruit - banana, papaya, orange - as well as omelette/scrambled eggs/fried eggs and tea/coffee to choose from). The staff is very nice, polite and helpful (e.g. when my trousers got dirty with bike grease, the receptionist had them washed for me, returning spotless and ironed or a waiter had a breakfast prepared for me in five minutes when one morning I was in a rush). The localization is very good, close to the beach Anse Severe, which is a perfect spot for watching sunsets, snorkelling or having a snack or drink at one of the beach bars. The bungalow was spacious and well-furnished with air-conditioning in the bedroom. The acommodation has a bike rental service at an acceptable price of 150 SCR per day per person.

It was not a big problem for us, more of a surprise: when we came to the hotel, we wanted to pay for our stay by cash in euros. However, it turned out our euro banknotes were an old series and the receptionist informed us she cannot accept a payment in these old notes. She allowed us to pay part of the total amount in rupees we had and to pay the rest later when we exchange old euros at a currency exchange office or withdraw more rupees in the ATM. This solution allowed us to check-in comfortably, leave our luggage in our bungalow, have a meal and then find the ATM without rush or stress, so we think the receptionist handled the unexpected situation very smoothly. Otherwise nothing to complain about, we were more than satisfied with our stay.
