The location and disabled facilities were excellent.

There was no hot water and very low water pressure on the first floor

Willa położona w centrum miejscowości , blisko sklepy, bary , Lidl, przystanek autobusowy. Do morza 100m, 3 niezależne wejścia do domu , 3 łazienki, super basen. Bezproblemowe zameldowanie. Polecam!

Die Außenanlage ist sauber und der Zustand der Außenanlage ist gut. Die kurze Entfernung zum Strand zu den Supermärkten und zu Restaurants ist sehr gut. Informationen vor Anreise und der Check-In war gut gelöst. Grundsätzlich eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter auch wenn nicht alles gelöst werden konnte.

Die Filter der Klimaanlage in allen Bereichen war total verschmutzt und der Luftaustritt der Geräte mit Schimmel belegt, wir haben diese nicht in Betrieb genommen. Wir haben Schimmel in mehreren Räumen/ Schlafzimmer sowie Duschraum festgestellt. In vielen Räumen konnten Schäden an den Wänden durch Feuchtigkeit festgestellt werden. Der Fußboden war bei Ankunft in der Villa nicht sauber, leider hat es auch Schmutzflecken an den Überzügen der Bettwäsche gegeben. Die Matratzen sind sehr sehr weich, die müssen definitiv ausgetauscht werden. Der starker Straßenlärm war uns zwar bekannt, jedoch ist man diesem bis bis spät in die Nach (ca. 2-3 Uhr) ausgesetzt. In der gesamten Villa riecht es unangenehm da die Wände so feucht sind, konnte durch ständiges Lüften auch nicht behoben werden. Wasserdruck in den oberen Duschen absolut unzureichend, das haben wir aus Kommentaren bereits gelesen, aber das es so schlecht ist hätten wir uns nicht gedacht, zudem ist warmes Wasser nur für kurze Zeit verfügbar und dann ist es wieder kalt bis das Wasser aufgeheizt wurde. Auch wenn die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter anfangs sehr gut war, gibt es aufgrund unserer Beschwerde zurzeit keine positive Rückmeldung.

The villa itself and the location was perfect. The outside areas are fantastic, and the layout suited us perfectly. With 3 of the 4 bedrooms having separate entrances from outside it meant very little chance of disturbing each other at nights or in the mornings. The villa is stocked with everything you’d need to prepare meals. The proximity to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants meant you don’t have to travel far for anything. The host was available via messenger at all times and when we found the kettle wasn’t working a new one was provided very quickly. Couldn’t have asked for more from the villa or the host.

It wasn’t an issue for us, but there is some road noise. But if you want to be so close to amenities this is to be accepted. It didn’t affect our stay and at night we slept perfectly.

Umístění vily je ideální, cca 100 metrů od velmi pěkné pláže. V blízkosti také dostatek restaurací i nákupních možností. Dispozičně je vila prakticky řešena, kuchyň skvěle vybavena. V horkých dnech jsme nejvíce jsme ocenili bazén a funkční klimatizaci. Hostitelka byla velmi přátelská a nápomocná, zajistila nám zpáteční transfer na letiště. Byli jsme zde velmi spokojeni.

Uvítali bychom větší a pohodlnějsí postele. Trochu rušivý byl hluk ze sousední ulice, ale jinak vše naprosto skvělé.

The layout of the property meant that each of the couples had our own space, but also many places to be together. There was masses of storage space, and many MANY seating/eating/socialising areas. The location is absolutely perfect. It is seconds from the beautiful beach, and 3-5 minutes walk from the port.

We needed a wheelchair accessible property but there was no step free access, and the showers weren’t quite large enough for a shower chair.

Excellent location for access to beach and local bars and restaurants and accommodation perfect for our large family
