On a tout aimé de ce logement !! Accueil très chaleureux de Danielle ! Bungalow sublime, très bien décoré, confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut ! ( même un plaid chauffant ! ) .

The apartment was very clean, stylishly furnished and it had everything we needed - hair dryer, the necessary utensils for cooking, and a coffee machine with amazing coffee pods! The kids LOVED the fact that they could watch in bed and watch TV. The owners' son came to meet us, and he could speak English, so he helped us get settled in. All the communication with the property was also in English, which helped a lot! (The other properties only responded in French, which made it a bit more tricky.) We stayed here as it was one of the closer options to go see the volcano the next morning. We arrived on a Sunday afternoon, so all the grocery shops nearby were closed, but there was a garage nearby with a rather big store, where we could get fresh baguettes, and most things we needed. It got quite cold at night, and early morning, but there were heaters in each room which we used, and it's all we needed. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable 😊

As other reviews had mentioned, the road to the apartment is crazy steep, so just be warned 😅 But once you get into the property itself, you can park on level ground. We drove past the apartment the first time as we didn't see it in time, which felt quite stressful, because the only way to turn around is by first continuing to drive even higher up the very steep, narrow road. Maybe the owners could put a sign up which makes it a bit more clear, when you're driving up for the 1st time?

Le côté chalet, très cocooning.

Très joli bungalow tres bien équipé bien situé. Les propriétaires sont tres agréables.

Le chalet lui même, très bien conçu et très bien équipé. La communication et l'accueil sont parfaits. L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter le secteur. Que de merveilles aux alentours avec une voiture et de bonnes chaussures.

Absolument rien.
