Clean and secure location. Easy to access within Walking distance of the CBD.

Quiet neighbourhood, safe, accessible and the host is available. Close to shopping mall. With a very good compound some.outdoor table and chairs could come in handy

Amenities could be improved. Especially bathroom and kitchen. Also sitting room. Place has wifi but not so strong and fast but it's okay for us who have to work but usual use on phones etc is ok.
