Chalet Encijan - Velika planina

This chalet is in an excellent peaceful position on the brow of a wooded hill. We enjoyed sunset and sunrise, as well as a sweeping view into the valley. The kitchen is well equipped and the wood stove was great fun to use, fast for cooking and heating for the cabin too. Also the side entrance room and bathroom had underfloor heating, which was a lovely surprise and a great benefit. There were some board games available too, which my children enjoyed. We would visit again

We never got the hang of the hot water for the shower, but also we didn't ask for help ( which was absolutely available). We only had 2 nights and were using the hot tub too, so it wasn't important to us.

The view, the hikes starting directly from the door step and of course the hottub. The host are flexible and super friendly. And cooking coffee on a real old-school fireplace was a blast

The drinking water in the indoor shop for guests feels a bit overpriced as the challet can be reached by car if one has the permit to do so. The rest is fair.
