The Chalet was very close to the sea and the pool area (2 mins walk ) The chalet itself is big and clean and well equipped with everything you can think of We enjoyed our stay a lot .

Dr. Ali was very nice, welcoming, and accommodating, and he met us upon arrival and departure. The property was fantastic with a back and front yard, with nice grass, flowers, and hedges. The area is quiet, safe, and very close to the beach and pool. There is a great grocery store nearby as well, and a few restaurants for eat-in or delivery. The house was clean, furnished, nicely set up, and easily accommodated all 5 of us and our pup as it was pet-friendly. The kids enjoyed the WiFi and Netflix. We also chose this location due to its proximity to Alexandria, as we planned on doing a day trip there.

I wish I could rate this place higher since the accommodations and Dr. Ali were great, but the main reason for booking this site was the pool and proximity to the beach, but we found out on arrival that the pool was closed for scheduled maintenance. I wish we were made aware of this ahead of time. The beach and water were FULL of garbage, like there was no clean spot on the sand to lay our things and you can see tons of garbage floating along the water and in the waves. There were also large sheets of plastic in the water that could have tangled around my kids. We decided that the water was too dirty and unsafe for swimming.

The umbrellas on the beach wasn’t that much , maybe due to my reservation was almost in the winter

Cleaner beach. It would be nice if there were some organized beach clean-ups to help remove the plastic pollution.

We have enjoyed our vacation so much our , the location is perfect very close to the beach & there is a supermarket available also fathallah market is very near.. the challet is very well equipped and very clean. Special thanks to Dr. Ali the owner he is very decent, honest & very co-operative person and always available & responding to any request or issue may happened .. really we appreciated so much .. for sure we will come again ..
