Stayed 3 nights here to kick off two weeks in the islands. Excellent in every way. Especially enjoyed Simba the resident kitty. Would not hesitate to book again.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is a rustic guesthouse with access to the private pool. It was perfect if you are looking for an alternative to a resort. There is a small kitchenette and sitting room with a loft bedroom. I normally hate firm beds but slept great here. There is a/c for the bedroom. For us the pool is what really made this place. We saw the owners at the pool once and other than that it was like having our own private resort to ourselves. :) I got screwed up on my dates due to crossing the international date line and the host was amazing about correcting it without any extra charges. Very responsive to all my messages

There are a lot of stairs to get to the guesthouse. If you have bad knees or heart it may not be for you

Very dark with poor overall lighting. Sofa a little uncomfortable (table in the way which couldn't be moved), no lock on the toilet door (which blows open when breezy, )limited glasses and cups. During a rainstorm the roof leaked and blew the electrics - Freddy helped as best he could but work needs to be done....

The location was great, away from the city, but not far from so many things. The chalet was cute. The pool was great. Up the hill, you got an amazing view, especially at sunset.

It could have been cleaner. For example the shower curtain was rather slimy. Once we talked about it with the owner/staff(?), it was fine, but one night we were surprised one night to find a dozen bugs in the bed. It turned out to be termites that had lost their wings and if you left the lights on upstairs at just the right time around sunset, they would collect. After talking we found this could be easily avoided by not leaving the lights on around sunset. And we weren't bothered by them again. Apparently it is an issue all over the island. So, it's not specific to here.
