"Lovely little hidden gem."

Lovely, well equipped cottage. Can't think of anything we needed. Cottage was a little warm due to the heatwave. But better than cold! Lovely garden area outside and well situated for all the things we wanted to see and do.

"Mooie huisje, heerlijke tuin."

Het huisje, knus, schoon netjes. Een hartelijk welkom door eigenaar, die ook gelijk verteld wat en waar wat is. En met wat lekkere snacks als welkom voelde dat goed na een lange reis. De tuin , groot en de hondjes kunnen er los lopen. Mooie tuin/park om het kasteel Doune. Waar je lopend kan komen vanaf het huisje. 17 min met auto vanaf Stad/kasteel Stirling en het Wallace monument. Het is een leuke plek voor een kortere periode.

De drukke weg achter de tuin. De A84 loopt er direct langs. Buiten het park om het kasteel en een restaurant waar de hond welkoms is, is er weinig te beleven.

"Topverblijf"

Ideale locatie om de highlands te ontdekken. Stirling is vlakbij. Het grasveld is heerlijk voor de kids en als de zon schijnt (wat het geval was) is het heerlijk zonnen. De foto's doen geen recht aan deze plek, het is beter ! Eigenaar eigenlijk niet gezien behalve in het begin bij het welkom en uitleg omgeving. Prima tijd gehad hier!

We had a lovely stay at the Chalet. Both the chalet and the gardens are beautiful. The shower was lovely and hot with great pressure. The beds were comfortable and linen clean. The kitchen had all needed and more! The living room area was comfortable and spacious. Exploring the area was very fun. Doune was beautiful and had some lovely walks. Callander was also very nice and we had a lovely walk around Bracklinn Falls. The antique centre was also fun to spend a few hours getting lost in. Thanks very much for a brilliant stay 😊
