Creity Hall Chalet

Lovely stay at Creity Hall. The hosts were very accommodating. We've been before, and will be back! The chalet is cosy and well equipped. The large garden is a bonus. We also had opportunity to see inside the guest house, which is beautiful.

This establishment exceeded expectations, offering a high level of comfort and cleanliness. Our host demonstrated exceptional hospitality. The property boasts a scenic drive and a spacious garden, ideal for guests traveling with pets. The chalet was comprehensively equipped with kitchenware, tea, coffee, and other essential amenities. The bathroom provided fresh towels and toiletries, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bedrooms were aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained, featuring cozy blankets for added comfort. Notably, the Wi-Fi connection was consistently reliable, a significant advantage in the modern era. Additionally, a smart TV was available for entertainment. In close proximity to the chalet, a petrol station offered a convenience store with a complimentary cash machine and a variety of essential supplies. Within a 15-minute drive, guests can access numerous attractions, including Doune and Stirling Castle, the Wallace Monument, Safari Park, Smiddy Farm shop, and the Antiques Barn.

There were only two aspects that I found less than satisfactory. The local takeaway we utilized was not of the highest quality. Despite spending 35 pounds, after sampling each item we ordered, we unfortunately had to discard them. I feel compelled to mention this as my partner and I generally prefer the convenience of takeaways and staying in rather than dining out at restaurants. I believe that if we had consulted our host, they could have assisted us in finding a more suitable option. The second issue, while not a major concern, was the proximity of the road to the chalet. Occasionally, when large trucks or multiple cars passed by, the noise could be heard inside. It is important to note that these instances were infrequent, but in the spirit of providing a comprehensive review, I felt it was worth mentioning.

Absolutely incredible place to stay :) clean comfortable well looked after. We will definitely coming back for sure. Great parking and grounds. Sad to leave :)

If I'm being really picky and they not really an issue but could do with a slightly bigger TV and maybe new doors? Doors were slightly old looking and could do with an upgrade. But honestly that's only constructive criticism and they were totally ok as they were too.

Really enjoyable stay. Chalet was warm, the bed was comfortable, and shower pressure was great. Walking distance from Doune and other short scenic walks. Lovely rustic little escape.

There was nothing to dislike. Very peaceful and really quite private.

The chalet was lovely. It is set in such beautiful grounds with a huge garden. The kids and the dog just loved having the freedom to run about in it. The kids loved exploring the little stream down to the right of the property too and of course the rope swing went down a treat! The chalet itself is extremely cosy and comfortable and had everything we needed. It was good to have some basics like salt, pepper and washing up liquids and some small shower gels etc included too. The location was wonderful and well placed for many beautiful walks along the river and around the castle. There are other lovely towns within short distance for day trips too.
