Fabulous and serene. Could not have asked for a better stay! The location was convenient and private and beautiful as all of the photos can clearly show. More than we could have expected.

Jane was awesome and came to welcome us to her beautiful cottage straight after she finished her job and had only just arrived home and came to make sure everything was satisfactory for us and went to get extra bedding after I realized I booked for the wrong amount of people she was very gracious about the oversight and brought us supplies to deed us all we had an amazing stay in this stunning tranquil accomodation thanyou so much for your warm hospitality

From the moment you arrive, you know you are going to relax. The hosts are incredibly friendly and the accommodation feels more like home than a rental space. The surrounding gardens, bush and lake are serenely beautiful.

Super views of the gardens, spacious and comfortable well equipped self contained chalets. Jane is really helpful and friendly with great local knowledge.

The lodge is accompanied by a pond behind the house and is very spacious. The cottage includes a balcony towards the pond and two sofas in the climatised living room. Hamilton is a 10 min drive away. Good location to travel to Hamilton, Rotorua and the Coromandel peninsula.

There were bugs including cockroaches and ants inside the lodge. Sadly the cottage was not clean, there were a lot of cobwebs and the whole kitchen equipment was not ready to use.
