Skadar Lake Apartments and Wooden Cabin

Very nice wooden house in a small town near Virpazar. The hosts are great, friendly and welcoming. Warm welcome, coffee, brandy, they made us a traditional dinner.

La casa es preciosa, pero lo que nos gustó más, es que te ofrecen una cena excelente, muy casera con productos de su huerto. El desayuno tambien muy abundante y bueno. Te hacen sentir como en casa, vives en el interior de su terreno, donde viven ellos y son muy amables, te dan la bienvenida como si fueras de la familia.

En la foto de booking se ve la casa aislada y ahora han construido una casa de huéspedes al lado, creo que se deberían actualizar las fotos para tener las mismas expectativas.

We had the most amazing experience here. The hosts invited us for a meal and red wine made by the father of the property. It's a very quiet place. Very rural, with kind, warm people. But the best was yet to come. In Montenegro, it's a tradition to celebrate the birth of a baby boy. The owner of the property had 3 girls, but just had his first boy and it was celebration time! They invited us for the party, with something like 150 people. What a party! What a local experience. Will never forget. Of course we realized we wouldn't be able to sleep that night, and ended up leaving earlier. The owner refused to accept money for both nights that we stayed there! And on the first one there was no party going on at all. The generosity of this family will stay in my heart forever.

Des hôtes très acceuillants, qui parle bien anglais. Natasha la maîtresse de maison nous a préparé un délicieux repas montenegrin accompagné du vin de monsieur. Jolie maison en bois par ailleurs. Ils nous ont aider à réserver un tour en bateau sur le lac. Une belle étape au Monténégro.

Petit chalet très agréable, bien situé et équipé près du lac de Virpazar. Les hôtes sont adorables et nous ont proposé un dîner local très copieux et très bon.

Everything was totally awesome. The house, the location, the host. We highly recommend it

We ran out of hot shower water in the evening , so we had to shower in the morning . The shower is basically “on top of the toilet” and right next to the sink . So the whole bathroom was wet after showering. A shower cabin or a Better shower curtain would be a very nice addition !
