'The Crib' on Legacy Vineyard

The location, the quaint space, owners were exceptional

The Crib is warm and cosy. The bed was comfortable.

The electric jug blew the circuit several times. There is mould in the shower.

Perfect location for a quiet getaway. Comfortable facilities and nice and private.

Very cold. Unfortunately the oil heater wasn’t quite enough to keep the room warm.

There was a microwave but as noted in booking.com there was no stove top. We had our little portable bbq so were able to cook on this.

Set on a nice vineyard however very close to the main house and the construction for the next cabin. Nicely decorated.

The listing advertises heating is provided, as does the in room folder however there was no heater and our request for one that evening was not answered until we had long checked out. It was a freezing night and the large gaps under the windows and door let all the cold air in. It made for a very long and uncomfortable night being so cold. Would not stay with this host again as falsely advertising a fairly basic necessity.
