The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped.

During colder season I recommend adding an extra heater/radiator so both bedrooms could be warmer.

Overall, it was really clean, neat, and the staff are lovely! The rooms are warm, with an oil heater, so you can stay warm when it's cold and windy. It was really easy to collect keys, and we were taken to our room and shown around. There is a restaurant on the same property so you can pop in for a meal or coffee without needing to leave the premises, which is ideal Overall the room was spotless, serviced daily and the views are exceptional!!! I'd highly recommend taking a little walk around and up the road to really enjoy the views. We couldn't find any hiking trails though.

There was an error with the booking platform, and the property resulting in us being put into one of the chalets, rather than the room we booked and paid for. This totally ruined what was meant to be a special birthday weekend for my spouse. This is something that could be rectified if the property ensured the allocated rooms reflect as they should but this was not done. We had specifically booked the King Room, which was far bigger, had couches, a place to set up and work, and we'd waited to book this room, specifically for a fireplace and the space needed. We put into a tiny room which didn't have any facilities like this. There were two wicker chairs to sit on, making it uncomfortable to work or have enough room for our bags and items, and no fireplace. The beds are very uncomfortable, and we both woke up with sore backs. The shower head is basic, and there's no shower curtain/door, so the water goes everywhere. The fridge was old and didn't seal/close properly, and the stove also needs a bit of an upgrade. Overall, for the price of the chalet, it's not bad. It's unfortunate that the owner and booking. com won't resolve this issue and there is no way to ensure you're booked into the correct room or have it resolved. The resolution was for us to check out (there was nowhere else to stay) and receive a full refund at least (thanks to the owner for offering this option) although this was impossible given the circumstances.

Beautiful views and spotlessly clean facilities with daily housekeeping. It was excellent value for the price paid, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

The guest houses are very comfortable and the view is stunning

Unfortunately, we weren’t told in advance that check-in was only available until 6 p.m. When we returned from our hike at 7:15 p.m., we were greeted with a very unwelcoming attitude. Unfortunately, the shower gel, shampoo, and the TV remote’s batteries were empty in our room. Otherwise, everything was fine; I think you could have a nice stay here on another day.

Nothing specifically. But it would be ideal if there is a broom for sweeping especialy around the fire place if one dont require the cleaning services.
