Bela-Bela Pendleberry Grove Unit 3

The price for 8 sleeper for 6-8 Jan. Was a blessing.

Couches we uncomfortable to relax on. The toilet was leaking. Too many stray cats. Flies were most unbearable. Rubbish was not collected earlier by morning staff. Causing more onslaught of Flies.

Convenient to warm baths

The drains all clogged up, we got there as specified on our special request to book in at 15:00 and had to wait almost 2 hours , the unit was still mot cleaned by this time, we had a 5 week old and a pregnant lady who had to put up with heat , sitting in a car for this period and the horrible stench of bins, we were eventually let in, towels and dish cloths came about 2 hours later , the sofas and beds were hard and very uncomfortable, overall a waste of time,I have booked other units previously a d was always happy with the unit and service this time was a waste

if you could provide a a shelter on the brai stends coz when it's raining you cant brai or when is too hot cant brai just something small to cover only on to of the brai stans

The apartment is good with all necessities for a family

The beds and the lounge sofas are old and need to be replaced and

convenient for warmbaths, place was neat and comfortable loved that it had an aircon and dstv

1 bathroom needed about 2 bathrooms atleast no cleaning service

There was no one bothering us.

We were there for 2nights and bathrooms towels were never changed
