La casa es impresionante, porque en un entorno privilegiado combina la privacidad con la cercanía a la ciudad. Las instalaciones y menaje de cocina completísima y vistas preciosas a un bosque de abetos. La estética de la casa también es buena y en especial el porche con columpio. La carretera por la que se accede a la casa es una paralela a la principal por la que prácticamente no pasan coches.

Por poner algo, el cuarto de baño no está en la misma planta que los dormitorios.
