CASA DI ALEJANDRO

The property was exceptional! Every detail was well thought out & perfect for the space. The bathroom was pure luxury. The location was fantastic. It was close to the main squares, but still quiet. It was only a few minutes walk from the Port too, so carrying our luggage wasn’t an issue.

Alex was an accommodating and charming host, property was wonderful and as described. location fab, Kostas taverna on the door step was traditional modern with beautiful food and wonderful service. Nomad restaurant up the back of the old town was a wonderful setting and fab food.

A beautiful and inspirational house. Imaginative decor with beautiful attention to detail. At the same time, very comfortable and perfect in every way. Alex is a helpful and accommodating host. The location is amazing - everything is close, yet it is quiet. The views from the top floor are breathtaking. We travelled with a young child and elderly parents and everybody loved it!

We loved eveything.

Excellent location just off the busy streets of the Old Town but still had everything you need very close. Spacious property over 3 floors. Lovely decoration, like staying in a castle but still homely and everything had beautiful detail. The beach is close, about a 15 minute walk but still smaller beaches very nearby. Thoughtful host left water and other useful things for our stay, also there is air conditioning and WiFi. This is the perfect place to stay in Rhodes.

Beds were a little hard for our taste. There are a lot of steep steps though not really an issue for us. Difficult to be very dark at night though there were shutters.

We absolutely loved our stay in Case di Alejandro. This house is like a work of art, one of the nicest places I’ve ever stayed. We were met at the property by the owner who gave us a tour and some excellent recommendations for dining. The property is right in the centre of the old town, and there is a lovely taverna next door and a good coffee bar a few doors down. Despite being in the centre it is on a quiet street and felt very safe. Our kids (age 5-12) loved the house too. We were in Rhodes during a serious heatwave so the very good A/C was really important.

The stairs (and there’s a lot of stairs in this house) is probably not suited to really tiny kids or someone who’s not good on their feet.

Lovely surroundings inside. Beautiful views across lovely city of Rhodes.

Probably needs two fans. One for each downstairs rooms. A bit difficult to remain cool at night in hot summer months. A/C works well in all common rooms.
