The eyes on the stove didn’t work. When I called, someone was sent out and 3 of the 4 were repaired.

Upon arrival door code given did not work. Had to call to get new code. Lots of steps. Not good for an elderly or disabled person.. Poor cable channel lineup. Furniture had terrible odors. So much so we sit in kitchen at that table. Floors were filthy. Dust everywhere. Just an all around terrible experience. They will bill you for bogus charges after checkout also. The person who cleans there definitely needs to be retrained. I had to clean myself to make acceptable for myself and family. The cleanliness was better when I checked out than when we checked in. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. Don't use this place.

The house was beautiful.

The lady at the front desk was a complete WITCH. I have never dealt with someone so rude. I understand people have bad days, but honestly, she had such an attitude. I would usually NEVER say anything about someone even if they had somewhat of an attitude, but that lady needs to find a new job.

It was in a good location

The place wasn’t clean at all. The floor made my grandchildren’s feet black so I went got some stuff to mop it and the beds covers wasn’t clean and it needed more covers cause it was cold. It also needed more pots and pans.

It was near to everything in pigeon Forbes Everything was clean and tidy

I wish the hot tub was on and ready for use when we got there Also had trouble with the heating I froze the first night wasn't enough blankets downstairs

What breakfast? Didn't get a breakfast. Didn't know it was in a subdivision. The whole thing needs work

The basement was terrible. The mattresses were horrible downstairs. The whole thing needed painting. The steps outside were very dangerous. Didn't want to be in a subdivision. The basement was unfinished. The blinds were torn up. The basement was like peasants quarters.
