The communication was clear and straightforward. The kitchen was well-equipped. The room was secure, with an ensuite bathroom.

I may have misunderstood "backpackers", but for the price I expected a little soap and perhaps a face washer. The room was quite bare. It was a very cold night, and the oil heater wasn't much help.
