The location.
Having to bring linen and make beds on arrival and departure to put back the sheet they had on that we can't use. And BBQ wasn't working.

The Kangaroos around the property made such a great experience. The shack was perfect for a little family getaway and nice and private. The views from the lounge room and balcony were exceptional. The fire place was awesome on a stormy cold night.
Would have been an easier experience with a self check in on the property as the office is out of the way. Having linen provided would have made the trip that bit easier and nicer as well. No reception or wifi at the property however for a short stay it’s a nice way to enjoy the nature surrounding the shack.

Bra beliggenhet for å garantert å få se kenguruer. Rolig omgivelser med en privat atmosfære.
Aircondition virket ikke og det var veldig varmt da vi kom. Det var umulig å få kontakt med utleier firma etter kl 17. Vi slet litt med å finne rett hytte siden nummer på nøkkel ikke stemte med hyttenummer. Det var ingen håndkle eller sengetøy, men hadde snille naboer som hjalp oss. Det var ganske skittent der.

It had the best water pressure. Comfortable beds. Ample space for the 4 of us. The morning view we beautiful with a rainbow, gorgeous reflections on the water and numerous kangaroos and birds. The local area is very engaging
The EV charger was broken and will not be replaced. Couch was comfortable but it was saggy and old in parts.

Beautiful location, comfortable chalet with water views. Perfect for paddling down the creek and walks along the beach (we stayed in winter so didn’t brave swimming).
Needed information about bringing own firewood. When booking it was clear we had to bring linen, towels, food etc, and we were prepared for that, but there was no mention of bringing own wood though there was a fireplace. We got some on our second day, but would have been good to know we had to pick this up on the way too.
