We just love that we can relax and enjoy some great family downtime away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The house has everything you need and the excitement of seeing the wildlife close up as you braai or from the hot tub is very special.

It's a remote location. The keys were in the door.

Not really a gripe but maybe easier access to the property down at the road eg remote controlled gate?

Everything! The house was immaculate and the setting majestic. It was a memorable trip.

A wonderful stay on a comfortable and well equipped guest farm. The wildlife was incredible, especially on our last night where the giraffe came so close to the house, the star gazing from the comfort of the wood burning hot tub and the hiking to the mountain streams were all highlights. We loved the stay and can’t wait to go back.

The solitude was great and stunning views. I don't think I've ever seen so many stars at night. Loved watching the animals as well.

The price of the wood was a bit steep, and only 1 bag of complimentary wood provided was a bit disappointing when you wanted to braai, especially if you're staying for more than one night. And we also wanted to light the hot tub, and 1 bag of wood wasn't enough to get it properly heated. Also take the map for the 4x4 route, we didn't take it with and ended up on a very difficult road to navigate up the mountain and we're not sure if we're going to make it back down in one piece.
